The study reveals that international personnel contribute significantly to local economies through job creation and business investments. Additionally, they bring about cultural exchanges that, while enhancing cultural understanding, also pose challenges in integration and affect local traditions. The findings indicate that while the presence of international individuals fosters economic growth and multicultural interactions, it requires balanced strategies to ensure harmonious community integration and mutual cultural respect.
