International Journal of Innovative Research in Computer Science & Technology (IJIRCST) is committed to maintaining the publication ethics while providing high-quality publications. We expect our authors/users to comply with best practices in publication ethics as well as in the quality of their articles. Manuscript withdrawal is a common procedure in publication for various genuine reasons however recently it’s being misused by the author for unethical withdrawal. Many such instances exist where author send unethical withdraw request which results in wastage of precious resources, including editors, reviewers, and the editorial staff. To cope with such situation, International Journal of Innovative Research in Computer Science & Technology (IJIRCST) develops withdrawal policy for all stages of manuscript submission & publication separately as follows:
Withdrawal process during editorial workflow has been divided in two parts; before manuscript acceptance and after acceptance as described below-
Authors who wish to withdraw their manuscript after submission but previous to acceptance may do so, given they give a valid reason. pullout requests made before the peer-review process starts generally within two days of submission will be handled incontinently, without the need for an explanation. Still, if the peer review is formerly underway, authors must present significant ethical grounds for their withdrawal. However, indeed after the manuscript has been completely withdrawn, necessary ethical measures may be enforced, If any unethical reason for the manuscript's withdrawal is detected (even after it is completely withdrawn), we might take corresponding ethical action. The submitting author should consider all ethical aspects before submission.
IJIRCST acknowledges the vital role that a complete and trustworthy scholarly record plays for both researchers and librarians. We prioritize the
confidence in our electronic archive. The decision to publish any submitted manuscript rests solely with the handling editor, who bases this judgment
on the reviewers' recommendations and the policies of the journal and publisher. Once published, articles are expected to remain unchanged and intact.
However, ethical dilemmas may arise that necessitate the correction, replacement, retraction, or removal of a published article. Such measures must be
approached with seriousness and are permitted only in exceptional circumstances. This policy addresses these potential issues by aligning with best
practices within the scholarly publishing community. We advocate for international standards in these matters and are committed to integrating evolving
best practices as standards develop over time.
