This abstract examines the distinctive features and legal ramifications of social and domestic relationships, emphasising the difficulties in upholding such agreements and the part played by social norms in forming these connections. It also looks at the few occasions when courts may get involved in disagreements brought on by these agreements. Individuals may negotiate these connections while being conscious of their legal repercussions and the value of open communication and mutual understanding in maintaining personal relationships by recognising the intricacies of social and domestic arrangements.
